Description

This modification adds a function to the Sales Order Transactions menu to create/print Bill of Ladings (BOL’s).  To create a BOL from a Sales Order transaction, enter this function and click new.  After selecting the SO Transaction No, the lines items are loaded into the bottom part of the screen.  After creating, you can enter the number of pallets needed for each line item and other shipping information.  The samples shown here have been further customized for this client to show specific fields for the liquor industry (ML, Proof, Wine Gallons, and Proof Gallons).

A BOL can also be created from a Location Transfer in inventory.  There is a new button on the toolbar to create the BOL.  If you highlight multiple records and then click the button, they will all be combined onto one BOL (the screen shown above then opens you can you can fill in additional data and print the BOL).
